From I-10, take exit 50, the Mountain Ave/Mount Baldy exit and go north on Mountain Avenue about 0.7 miles. The driveway into our plaza is the first driveway on the right, just north of 9th street on Mountain Ave.

From I-210, take exit 54, Mountain Ave/Mount Baldy exit and go south on Mountain Ave. Stay on Mountain Ave about 2.6 miles to 9th St. Make a U-turn at 9th St. The driveway into our plaza is the first driveway on the right, just north of 9th street on Mountain Ave.

Walk-Ins are welcome during our walk-in hours of
11:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Saturday. Appointments with our practitioners are available 7 days a week by appointment at all other times.
